Staying in the tree tops was a fresh and private experience at this hotel. The rooms are amazing, especially for snorkeling and witnessing the reef below teeming with life. The beautifully appointed rooms with a lavish welcome spread make you feel like you're in a designer paradise.

The rooms are beautifully appointed with a huge king size bed, lovely white linen, and a bathroom straight out of a designer magazine. The in-room welcome spread, including savory and sweet canapés as well as chilled champagne, adds to the luxurious experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredible, especially for snorkeling enthusiasts like me, as I could see the vibrant reef and various fish right below. The room was spacious and perfect for my family of three, with a cozy separate lounge area that even had a bed for my 10-year-old. Unfortunately, I encountered a room that was in such bad condition that it was impossible to stay and ruined the holiday experience.

The hotel offers a spacious and very nicely set out room with 2 complimentary bottles of water. The room was very comfortable and very clean, although there was another room available that was slightly better. The service was exceptional, characterized by warmth and friendliness from all the staff encountered, including the hardworking wait staff, spa therapists, efficient housekeeping staff, and the very attentive general manager, Jason. The location provides direct access to a private beach and boasts beautiful sunset views in the evening with fresh and tasty dishes. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of options including champagne, fresh juices, pancakes, a la carte menu, and more. The hotel's facilities were excellent, enhancing the overall stay.
